Lead Inspections
AZTEC personnel will visit the site to collect data upon which to base the Risk Assessment of the lead hazard present. AZTEC performs inspections using the bulk sampling method, whereby paint chip or soil samples are collected and submitted to an accredited laboratory for analysis by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS).
Remediation Project Design / Air Monitoring / Management
Sometimes the only viable response action is to remove (or abate) the lead hazard completely. AZTEC will design the project so that this is done in such a way as to protect the health and safety of all parties involved, and will manage the project to ensure that all work by the Abatement Contractor is performed as specified, and in compliance with existing standards and practices.
